LinkNinja – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Betterline IO Pty Ltd (ABN 40 664 313 740) (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the LinkNinja platform, including any related media, software, services, web applications, or sites (collectively, the “Service”).

You agree that by accessing the Service, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and must discontinue use immediately.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time. We will alert you to any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.

It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Service is not intended for distribution or use by anyone in a jurisdiction where such use would violate local law or require registration in that jurisdiction. You access the Service at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. Persons under 18 may not register or use the Service.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, all content and functionality on the Service—source code, databases, designs, software, text, images, logos, and marks—are our proprietary property or licensed to us and protected by applicable Australian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business use only. No part of the Service may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or exploited for commercial purposes without express written permission.

User Representations

By using the Service, you represent that:

  • All registration information is true and current;

  • You will maintain updated information;

  • You have legal capacity and agree to these Terms;

  • You will not use the Service for unlawful purposes;

  • Your use complies with applicable law.

If information is found to be false or outdated, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access.

Plans, Fees, and Payment

LinkNinja offers multiple service tiers, including:

  • Community Plan: Free access for active Seven Figure Creators program members;

  • Paid Plans: Monthly or annual subscriptions for additional features and usage.

All payments are in USD unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Taxes may apply.

If your plan includes recurring billing, you authorize us to charge your card or method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Pricing errors may be corrected at any time.

Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the current term ends. You authorize us to collect renewal fees unless you opt out in advance.

Free Trial

We may offer a 7-day free trial to new users. At the trial’s end, access is restricted unless a paid subscription is activated.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 24 hours of payment upon request. Cancellation can be done via account settings or by contacting us.

Additional services (e.g., profile enhancements) are non-refundable.

Software License

If our Service includes downloadable or integrated software, and no separate EULA applies, we grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use such software solely in connection with the Service. You may not reverse engineer or distribute our software except as permitted by law or license.

Software is provided "as is" without warranties. You accept all risk in using it.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Scrape or aggregate content without permission;

  • Use bots, spiders, or automation to access the Service;

  • Misrepresent identity or impersonate others;

  • Use the Service for illegal, abusive, or competitive purposes;

  • Upload malware, transmit spam, or interfere with Service performance;

  • Bypass access restrictions or attempt to reverse engineer any part of the Service.

Third-Party Services

Some Service features integrate with third parties like LinkedIn™ or Google. You are responsible for compliance with their terms. LinkNinja is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn™. All LinkedIn™ logos and trademarks are property of LinkedIn Corporation.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

We are not responsible for third-party content, security breaches, or loss of data. You should use appropriate caution and judgment when accessing or sharing data.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid to us in the 12-month period prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or other business or legal reasons.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and us. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver. If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder remains enforceable. These Terms do not create any partnership or employment relationship.

You waive any rights under electronic signature laws requiring non-digital signatures. We may assign rights or obligations to another entity without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes shall be resolved in NSW courts.
