Purchase Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Seven Figure Creators! These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Parties. By purchasing a product or workshop, You agree to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are read in conjunction with the information on the Purchase Page ("Purchase Page").

1. Parties

You are the Participant, and Your details are set out on the Purchase Page of the Website.

AND

Betterline IO Pty Ltd (ABN 40 664 313 740) t/a Seven Figure Creators.

2. Personal Information

(a) When purchasing a product, You will be required to provide personal information such as Your full name, password, postal and e-mail address.

(b) You agree that all details provided in completing the purchase are true and correct.

(c) Your personal information is kept in accordance with the Seven Figure Creators Privacy Policy available on the Website.

3. Purchase of Products

(a) You agree to pay Seven Figure Creators the Purchase Price as set out on the Purchase Page.

(b) All products are delivered online unless otherwise stated.

(c) From time to time, Seven Figure Creators may provide You with bonus content or materials at its discretion.

(d) Payment may be made through debit or credit card via available payment providers ("Payment Gateway Providers").

(e) In using the Purchase Services, You agree to the terms, privacy policy, and other legal documentation of the Payment Gateway Providers.

(f) Once payment is confirmed, You will be issued a receipt and Seven Figure Creators may record Your purchase details for future use.

(g) You are responsible for any banking fees or charges resulting from failed or returned payments.

(h) All amounts are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST, unless otherwise stated.

4. Refunds and Termination

(a) All purchases of workshops and low-ticket products are non-refundable. This applies to all products, regardless of usage.

(b) If You are paying via a split payment plan and terminate early, all remaining amounts of the Purchase Price remain payable within 7 days.

(c) Seven Figure Creators reserves the right to terminate access for breach of these Terms with 7 days' written notice.

(d) In the event Seven Figure Creators is unable to provide the purchased product or service, You may be eligible for a partial refund for the unfulfilled portion, at its discretion.

5. Delivery and Access

(a) Each purchase grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the specific product or workshop purchased for Your personal, non-commercial use only.

(b) Sharing of content, logins, materials, or any product access with others is strictly prohibited.

6. Warranty

(a) Seven Figure Creators will use reasonable efforts to deliver high-quality content but does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

(b) Guarantees under Australian Consumer Law apply. You are entitled to remedies for major failures as defined by law.

7. Disclaimer

(a) You are solely responsible for implementing any ideas or strategies learned through the Services.

(b) Nothing provided should be considered legal, financial, or business advice. You are encouraged to seek independent professional advice.

8. Liability and Waiver

Seven Figure Creators' total liability in connection with any product or service is limited to resupply of the product or service.

9. Third-Party Contractors

Seven Figure Creators may use guest speakers or external contractors for workshops or digital products. Seven Figure Creators is not liable for the views or conduct of third-party providers.

10. Confidentiality

All confidential information shared between the Parties is to be kept private and not disclosed unless required by law or agreed in writing.

11. Intellectual Property

(a) All intellectual property associated with the Services remains the property of Seven Figure Creators (Betterline IO Pty Ltd, ABN 40 664 313 740).

(b) You receive a limited licence to use materials for personal use only.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both Parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

13. No Partnership

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the Parties.

14. Force Majeure

Seven Figure Creators is not liable for failure to deliver services due to events beyond its control, including pandemics, natural disasters, or technology failures.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

16. Severance

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue to apply.

17. Marketing

Testimonials or feedback may be used by Seven Figure Creators for marketing purposes.

18. Assignment

Seven Figure Creators may delegate or subcontract obligations under these Terms without consent.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Purchase Page, and any related communications form the entire agreement between the Parties.
