Nearly broke down in tears

This morning I nearly broke down in tears.

But before I tell you why, I wanted to share something with you, something that’s hard even admitting to myself.

For the past few weeks, I’ve been feeling guilty.

The kind of guilt you simply can’t shake.

You see…

A couple of clients shared with me they haven’t been getting results.

Last week they jumped on the call, shared their issues, and while everyone tried their best to help them, and they were happy with the resolution, it ate away at me.

That’s the thing about being a coach…

You give everyone your all, spend 100s of hours creating content, and dedicate your life to helping others win.

But sometimes it simply takes longer than you’d like for some people to see results.

And when this happens, even though you’ve helped so many people, you start questioning your abilities.

That’s why this morning was so emotional for me.

After reading Albano’s post in the group, I nearly broke down in tears.

You see…

It tooks months of back and forth with Albano via WhatsApp, to finally get him to join our program.

I remember specifically talking to him on the phone in my hotel room 5 months ago, when I was away at a Mastermind in Noosa.

I remember thinking “Man, if this guy joins, he is going to crush it”

For context, Albano is a stay at home dad who runs a career coaching business, and has limited hours in the day to work

So when he does have some free time, he needs to make sure he’s putting it to good use, to earn an income to help build his families dream life.

That’s why deciding on our program was such a tough decision for him.

It needed to work…

A month after our chat on the phone, Albano finally joined our program.

Fast forward a few months, and Al took home $8,700 last week alone, a small % of what he paid me to work together
